Controlling Florida Weather is way Beyond Our Human Powers here at Sail Fish Scuba in Key Largo, Florida Keys.
Our crew sure does get it that our guests would love perfect weather when they tour with us. However, somedays we get handed some thunderstorms and winds. As closely as we can we do monitor the radar and all the weather reporting websites. We don’t like having to work all day in the rain but sometimes it’s just what we get, and we make the very best of it for our guests.
Today was one of those days for sure. Weather was just too bad and dangerous this morning to even think of taking the boat out, so we had to move everyone to the afternoon tour.
The radar showed from twelve noon to after six pm today all the storms were to stay North of Largo Sound and we headed out to the South sites.
