Enticing All Day Scuba Diving South Florida Jules Lagoon Site. We give thanks to the wonderful folks at Jules Undersea Lodge lagoon for allowing us on a windy and stormy morning in Key Largo to shore dive in their 26 foot deep ocean lagoon. We only wished mother nature would have let us go out on the boat, but we are ever grateful to at least be able to do some diving in the lagoon. Strong East South East winds like we have had for the past 3 days here in Key Largo blew out our reef boat diving chances sad to say. However, this little lagoon sure gave us a good back up.
