Everyone loves to Explore Deep Reefs in the Florida Keys

We get requests all the time to Explore Deep Reefs in Key Largo, Florida Keys. There are not a lot of living coral reef sites deeper than thirty-five feet deep in the Florida Keys. The coral encrusted wall, sloping ledges maybe a better way to put it, in front of the wreck of the Benwood is one of the few lovely deep reef sites. This area starts at forty-two feet deep and bottoms out in the sandy bottom at one hundred and two max depth. Today we did a “hot drop of our divers” over the top edge of the Benwood wall reef and thus allowed us more deeper depth bottom time. Inst. Thomas lead the dive group to a max depth of eighty-three feet deep during the dive and ended the dive back up on the Benwood shipwreck itself. Lovely time was had by all.
