Key Largo Was Foggy This Morning And Sunny This Afternoon For Our Dive And Snorkel Trips

Foggy Morning start did not slow down our crew and guests today. We were stoked to dive the Bibb Shipwreck, but sad when we arrived to find a personal fishing boat tied to 1 mooring and the other NOAA mooring destroyed.
So, we moved over to shipwreck Duane for our back up dive site and enjoyed a very pleasant dive. Molasses reef was super fish filled and shocked us with a dramatic thermocline which dropped our water temperature from 74 at the surface quickly down to 68 F below 15 feet deep.
Just before noon the sun popped out and burned off all the fog. Our afternoon tour to Christ of the Abyss was full of grateful and happy divers and snorkel guests for the Sunny Afternoon Dive And Snorkel Trip.

What We Did Today

Captain Bill was at the helm of Deeper all day and PADI Dive Master Tim was acting first mate this morning as we like extra topside safety support when we visit deep shipwrecks.
PADI Inst. Mike was dive guide morning and afternoon tours.
Inst. Tim showed our snorkel guests an amazing afternoon as he was our snorkel guide for this tour.
Owner Chris worked hard on a batch of new tanks we just acquired, getting them cleaned up and VIP inspected.
Owner Jen barely had time to keep up with the photos and blog today between phone call bookings and walk in traffic to the dive shop.
We absolutely love being steady busy in the cold-off-season.
