This winter at Sail Fish Scuba Added a new member to our scuba dive team.

Sarah is originally from Lawrence, Kansas so big surprise that she ended up down here in sunny Florida! Definitely a nice change of pace from the winters of Kansas.

Sarah came on with a part time goal in mind as her heart and passion still remain in West Palm Beach, Florida. There she did her first PADI Discover Scuba Dive in 2014.

Sarah describes her journey as a PADI “Discover Scuba that spiraled out of control super quickly” and not long after obtained her PADI Open Water Certification.
When she completed her Advanced Open Water class she began her internship on a local boat to work her way through PADI Divemaster.
Once she obtained that it was full speed ahead to enter the dive industry. Sarah quit cubical life in the medical field, and applied at Pura Vida Divers in West Palm Beach where they took her in like family.

Working and training in West Palm Beach provided a good breadth of experience as there are so many dive boats/shops in the area. So she gained exposure to boating and different types of diving.
In 2016 she after having started a relationship with Inst. Casey who decided it was time to try something new, relocated them to Key Largo, Florida Keys.

Sarah put on a smile everyday but based off her social media feed never saying she left working in West Palm Beach it was evident Key Largo was just a stop over. Her heart belongs to Pura Vida Divers forever.

Christmas 2016 until Hurricane Irma 2017 was the chapter in her life about Key Largo, Florida Keys.
