Yes, it costs a little more to be on a dive boat that only sells just over half the seats it’s USCG certified for, (On Purpose) because we hate the feel of a cattle boat, but Wow the difference it makes in your dive experience.
Additionally, underwater our guided groups do not exceed 6 divers with each professional PADI Dive Master or Instructor. On top all that, you get cool FREE photos to go home with, and that’s why our rate is just a tad more for certified dives.
We are the only Florida Keys shop to offer small group in-water-photo-guided snorkeling tours, and yes our snorkeling tour is a tad more pricey as well, but you get what you pay for!

What We Did Today
This morning PADI Instructor Mike and Dive Master Tim took our 3 newest Scuba Tune-Up guests to the Jacobs Aquatic Center pool for a nice long refresher skill circuit.
During the afternoon we had Captain Bill and Captain Chris at the helm/first mate of dive boat DEEPER. Dive Master Tim guided our 3 morning tune up certified divers and Dive Master Rick guided our group of snorkeling guests. PADI Instructor Mike completed open water training dives 3 and 4 with our 2 students from yesterday. Congratulations to both as they are our newest PADI certified divers.
