It’s Proven That Practicing Scuba Diving Skills Often Is A Great Idea
Practicing Scuba Diving Skills Often Is A Great Idea if you want to become a better diver.
PADI Instructor Mike worked with our 2 scuba tune up students in the classroom and at Jacobs Aquatic Center pool this morning. During the afternoon Mike guided these guys and the rest of our certified divers at Benwood Wall and Benwood Shipwreck sites.
Congrats going out to our newest PADI EANx, PADI DEEP, and PADI WRECK Specialty divers certifications that were completed with PADI Instructor Tom today.
Thanks Captain Chris for being at the helm of DEEPER and taking everyone out and back safely all day.
Why Do Any Practicing of Scuba Diving Skills
Dive shops don’t make you do a refresher course to be mean or purely for profits. Refresher courses (aka) Scuba Tune-ups are for divers safety and comfort when diving in the open water.
If you have not been diving in the past 2 years, a scuba tune up of knowledge and confined water skills is required for all divers.
Many divers often mention they enjoyed learning new ways to perform certain skills during their scuba tune up course and find they had forgotten more than they realized.
