This morning at Emerald Lagoon Inst. Thomas and Inst. Alex taught our 4 newest PADI Advanced Open Water Scuba Certification Dive Training dives. Based off the reports of low viz at the reef this was the best place to train at today. Additionally, the hot showers to rinse off in post dives made this perfect. Today training started with Peak Performance Buoyance course. The students do proper buoyancy checks and adjust weights perfectly before starting this training. During training they will learn to adjust their buoyancy with breath control and how to make tiny inflator adjustments.

The second site at Jules Undersea Lodge provided a great starting point for the PADI Advanced Scuba Certification Dive Training underwater navigation. Students learned using a compass how to find their way out one hundred feet and back. They also learned how to underwater navigate a square with the compass in buddy teams. Inst. Alex had the Sail Fish Scuba dive shop camera along to capture fun photos of the students training.
