Spiegel Grove Shipwreck AM

This morning at Spiegel Grove starts the morning off right. Everyone loves getting to dive this massive coral encrusted LDS 32 Navy shipwreck. Thomaston-class of dock landing ships is her type. The builder was Ingalls Shipbuilding Corp. located in Pascagoula, Mississippi. With a length of 510 feet and beam of 84 feet this ship is quite a lot of fun to explore.

Spiegel Grove Shipwreck AM

The second site at Spiegel Grove is so huge it takes may dives to get to see this entire shipwreck. The coral growth is very impressive on this shipwreck. Many fishes have made this their home. Shipwrecks Make Lovely Reefs In Key Largo For Diving.

Hannah M. Bell PM

This afternoon at Hannah M. Bell This shallow shipwreck is very fish filled and has nice coral growth. Just off the wreck lies 2 historical cannons and many other old artifacts. The barrier reef around this old shipwreck is massive in size.

Horseshoe Reef PM

The second site at Horseshoe Reef After diving the shallow Shipwrecks at Elbow Reef, The boat took us to the lovely corals of Horseshoe Reef. Key Largo Diving Is Great! This coral at this site is unique in shape and makes some interesting coral swim thru areas. Hurricane Irma spared this lovely reef so it still has such colorful corals.
