Nearly Equal Staff to Guest Ratio is common On Our Tours at Sail Fish Scuba. We love providing the highest possible level customer service to all our guests. We love providing high level customer service even more than turning a profit.
Some Key Largo scuba dive and snorkel shops are focused on cramming as many guests onto each tour with the fewest number of staff to look after them. Granted, for the guests, this does equal a lower tour dollar cost per person than at our shop. But as you know, you get what you pay for.
